Attorney Alison Andronic published “Superior Court restricts Lessees’ right to protect leased interests in title disputes”

Attorney Alison Andronic recently published an article titled “Superior Court restricts lessees’ right to protect leased interests involved in title disputes” in the August 2015 issue of the PIOGA Press. Ms. Andronic’s article discusses Bastian v. Sullivan, a recent Superior Court case that held that a lessee is not to an indispensable party to underlying title litigation involving property interests leased by the lessee. The article examines what effect this holding has on a lessee’s right to participate in title litigation and ways in which the lessee can protect itself.
