Practice Areas:
Mr. Dulac concentrates in all aspects of oil and gas law in the Appalachian Basin and onshore (mid-continent) Southwest United States, including property, reserve and pipeline right-of-way acquisitions and related land use matters (municipal approvals); joint exploration and operating agreements; gas gathering and marketing agreements and arrangements; institutional and private equity financing and entity formation. Mr. Dulac authors private placement memoranda and other exempt offering disclosure documents relating to drilling and production ventures.
Since 2004, Mr. Dulac has been recognized as a Pennsylvania SuperLawyer by Forbes Magazine for his work in oil and gas law and aviation law. He is the only Pennsylvania lawyer to have achieved this recognition in the area of oil and gas law since Forbes Magazine started recognizing lawyers in their areas of concentration.
Mr. Dulac also represents commercial real estate developers, concentrating in
large-scale land development projects such as office building, shopping center and commercial retail development. Mr. Dulac represents clients in virtually all types of commercial transactions.
Mr. Dulac also handles all legal aspects concerning aircraft acquisition, leasing and financing; ownership structure, including joint ownership, and commercial operations.
Mr. Dulac frequently speaks to professional groups on topics concerning oil and gas law, real estate development and aviation law.
Education:
Mr. Dulac is a 1978 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a 1975 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh College of Arts and Sciences.
