We have always valued our relationship with entrepreneurs or families owning privately-held businesses. During the course of these relationships, our attorneys become “counselors” in the most-general sense of the word and are involved in all aspects of the clients’ businesses. We work closely with our clients to plan and monitor their businesses on an ongoing basis and are intimately involved in the general management of their businesses.
We assist our clients in business planning; succession planning; contract drafting, review and negotiation; capital structuring, through loan agreements, private equity or strategic alliances with other businesses and general legal compliance issues relating to the client’s particular business. Because of our varied experience with these clients, we can assist clients with virtually any type of business matter governed by contract. A particular source of pride within our firm is that most of our business clients become good friends with one or more of our attorneys.
